Project spotlight
Multi-site ChargePoint CP250 fast-charging installations—coordinated around active, mission-critical municipal facilities.
P&M’s work includes site power distribution, underground pathways, equipment infrastructure, protection and close coordination with agencies, facility teams and other trades. The result is durable charging infrastructure designed for real-world fleet operations.
Our portfolio also includes the electrical installation for DCAS’s five-fast-charger public hub at World’s Fair Marina in Queens—described by the City as its largest public EV charging hub when it opened in 2024.

In the news · DCAS
New York City operates the largest municipal fleet in the United States and is transitioning its light- and medium-duty vehicles toward zero-emission models by 2035. DCAS has set 2035 goals of at least 12,000 EVs, 5,000 charging ports and 1,776 DC fast chargers. As a DCAS electrical contractor, P&M is helping turn that commitment into installed, operational infrastructure at facilities across all five boroughs.
